Payment

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, as well as via Apple Pay.

Once the order is placed, you will be charged directly. This can take between 24 and 48 hours.

The invoice is attached to the order confirmation email that is sent to you and you can find it also on "my account".

Product information

We invite you to consult the size guide that you can find on each product page. You can also use our online chat for more information, we will be happy to help you find your ideal size!

Our clothes are available in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. We make sure to offer as many sizes as possible to make our clothes accessible to a maximum of people.

We currently sell exclusively through our website.

Our clothes are certified 100% organic cotton GOTS. The factory we work with is also Fairtrade and GRS certified and is a member of the Fair Wear Foundation.

All Cyclops garments are produced by Suvastra India Ltd, in Bangalore, India. The factory specializes in eco-friendly and ethical clothing. In 2018, it had 256 employees, including 153 women and 103 men.

The factory is GOTS (organic materials), Fair Trade, GRS (recycled raw materials) certified and is also a member of the Fair Wear Foundation. For more information on this subject, please click here.

Our cloths are GOTS certified and the criterias are based under the various ILO (International Labor Organization) conventions and guarantee the prohibition of child labor. The factory we work with is also a member of the Fair Wear Foundation, which also prohibits child labor via the ILO conventions.

Our production is made under the REACH regulation, which aims to secure the manufacture and use of chemical substances in the European industry. This involves identifying, evaluating and controlling chemical substances that are manufactured, imported and placed on the European market.

In addition, our garments are GOTS certified, a label that restricts and coordinates the use of chemicals in the textile industry.




Don't worry, you will find care instructions on each product. 

In general, we recommend that you wash them at a low temperature (30° maximum), in a short cycle, and that you dry them flat in the open air.

Don't be too generous when using detergent or fabric softener. 

Wash clothes inside out and with similar colors. 

Do not bleach.

If, despite all the care we take to offer you the best, your product has a defect, send us an email at hello@cyclopsthebrand.com detailing the problem encountered and if possible attaching photos to your message.

Delivery and order

It is not possible to modify your order once it has been validated. 

It is however possible to cancel it if it has not already left our premises, by sending us an email at hello@cyclopsthebrand.com.

Then you will have to place a new order with the desired products.

For all products, the order is prepared within an average of 72 working hours, from the confirmation by e-mail of the order placement. The delivery is then ensured by the carrier Colissimo or Mondial Relay which will deliver you at home or in Relay Point. Please refer to the question “What are your delivery prices?” of the FAQ for more details.

You can have your order delivered directly to your home or to a pickup point.

We ship orders via the Colissimo service of LaPoste for orders at home and by Mondial Relay for orders at pickup point.

We deliver to the following countries: Metropolitan France, Guadeloupe, (including St. Barthelemy and St. Martin), Martinique, Reunion Island, Guyana, Mayotte, St. Pierre et Miquelon, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Austria.

The prices vary according to the type of delivery (home or Relay Point) and the country of destination.

Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco)

Two delivery methods are possible:

  • Colissimo home without signature
    • Free delivery from 90 € of purchase, otherwise 6 €
    • Delivery time of 2 to 3 days after shipping
    • In case of absence, the parcel will be put at your disposal in the post office to which you are attached and you have 10 working days since the arrival of your parcel in post office to come and pick it, after this period it will be returned to the sender.
  • Relay Point
    • Free delivery from 90 € of purchase, otherwise 4 €
    • Delivery time of 3 to 5 working days after shipping 
    • 14 calendar days to collect the parcel from the Mondial Relay retailer (note that this period may vary depending on the constraints of the activity and the services chosen), after this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender

Also, for an additional 2 € you can opt for the Hipli Colis option. We will then ship your order in reusable packaging!

DROM-COM (Guadeloupe including St-Barth and St-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, Mayotte, St Pierre and Miquelon)

  • Colissimo with signature
    • Free delivery from 130 € of purchase, otherwise 20 €
    • 5 to 7 working days after shipping
    • Your parcel is delivered to you personally against signature, in case of absence it will be put at your disposal in the post office to which you are attached for a period of 10 working days since the arrival of your parcel in the post office, after this period it will be returned to the sender.

Europe (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

  • Colissimo with signature
    • Free delivery from 130 € of purchase, otherwise 11 €
    • 5 to 7 working days after shipment depending on the destination

Europe (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Austria)

  • Colissimo with signature
    • Free delivery from 130 € of purchase, otherwise 13 €
    • 5 to 7 working days after shipment depending on the destination

Please contact us at hello@cyclopsthebrand.com with your order number and we will solve the problem.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to track your package.

If you have opted for a home delivery and you are not at home on the day of the delivery, the delivery man will leave a notice of passage, with a date on which you can recover the package in a branch of La Poste near you. You then have 10 days to pick up the package.

If your package has been returned to us, contact us at hello@cyclopsthebrand.com, we will find a solution.

Return and exchange

We will proceed with the refund as soon as your return package is received in our office and processed. The refund will be made on the account used for payment and will appear within 2 to 3 business days.
